What is the GPT = Grampians Peaks Trail ?
The spectacular Grampians Peaks Trail aka: GPT (164km) is a challenging 13-day/12-night hiking experience through a variety of terrain in the Grampians (Gariwerd) National Park. You can do the trail all in one go, or break it up into sections. Or if you are like me and wish to be dropped off at the start of each day and picked up, only carrying a day pack (not overnight camping gear as well) then that can be arranged with us. However you like to hike, this grade 4 and 5 walk is attracting people from all over the country and the world. Get in quick as limited spots each night on the trail.
You can essentially do the hike a few different ways.
End to end - the whole slog - leave your car at Halls Gap and get transport to start and picked up at the end or leave your car in Dunkeld or Mt Zero and book transport to take you to the start, although it is recommended to leave your car in a town like Dunkeld/Halls Gap rather than at trailheads.
Break it up, just do 2, 3 or 4 nights at a time. The trail is broken into north, central and south, so that's great way to achieve it. Again best to leave your car in Halls Gap and get transport to start and collected at the end.
Just do day hikes, it can be broken up section by section and you spend each night in Halls Gap with a cozy bed and hot shower (maybe a wine) this requires transport at the start and end of every day.
We have packages with accommodation and transfers check out the details in the below link.

Once you are in Halls Gap (visit plan my visit if needing to know how to get to the Grampians) You will need to be dropped off to the start of your hike and possibly picked up at the end. It is recommended that you leave your car in Halls Gap for the most secure parking.
If you need transport to/from the trailheads and access points we can do this: Transport 1-3 people which is for 1, 2 or 3 people it is the same flat rate for this service or Transport 4-22 people which is a per person cost when you are booking for 4 or more people.
Maps for each section are available onboard the vehicle to purchase or pre purchase online while booking.
